ByltAx Systems Inc. was founded in the year of 2004. The founder chooses to establish a BPO company in the Philippines due to its potential to become a top global BPO offshore country within the next few years.
In the early beginning we offered only a few services, such as software development, customer support services and telemarketing. However a few years later we extended our presence to other markets by establishing partnerships with companies in Asia and Europe. Through these partnerships ByltAx has now gained presence with local representatives on multiple markets.
By focusing on the Scandinavian market in the third quarter of 2010, our Graphic Services section started to grow. We are now the preferred service provider for many of the major online fashion stores in Scandinavia.
2011 was a year of Software Development. We focused on helping our customers to create innovative applications for the mobile platforms and have many apps published on App Store and Google Market today.
In the year of 2012, we focused on expanding our Customer Management section with back office services such as; Internet Data Research/Analytic, Data Entry/Encoding, Digitalization/Transcription and Virtual Assistant services.
Today we are focused on continuing to grow within all three business areas; Customer Management, Graphic Services and Software Development.
