ByltAx Systems, Inc. is a call center provider that has been offering custom designed call center solutions to accommodate businesses of all sizes and in all industries. We have Scandinavian management (which is our strongest market) and are also working close with partners in Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, China, Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand.

The company is now in an expansion phase and we need talented staff to grow with us. We are currently in search of:

Call Center Agent

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Candidate must have completed at least 2 years Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
• Fluent in English, very good comprehension skills, is able to express thoughts clearly and accurately.
• With strong sense of initiative, independent worker and a team player.
• Willing to work on shifting schedule and holidays.
• Basic computer troubleshooting skills is preferred but not required.
• Call center experience preferred but not a requirement.
• Willing to start ASAP.
